Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. We believe everyone deserves access to secure, encrypted video calling. The free plan has no time limit and no credit card required. No strings attached.
What does "encrypted" mean?
Your video and audio streams are encrypted using SRTP (Secure Real-time Transport Protocol) during transmission between your device and our servers. This protects your calls from eavesdropping on the network. Our servers process the encrypted streams to route them between participants.
Why 60 minutes on free?
60 minutes is plenty for most quick syncs, 1-on-1s, and standups. It helps us manage server costs so we can keep the free tier truly free. You can always restart a new session.
Can I use my room link forever?
Yes! Your room URL (magicall.online/r/you) is yours as long as you have an account and log in at least once every three months. Share it anywhere - your email signature, social bios, wherever.
Do guests need accounts?
No. Anyone with your room link can join instantly. No sign-ups, no downloads, no friction. They just enter a display name and they're in.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your Pro subscription anytime from your dashboard. You'll keep Pro features until the end of your billing period.
